Happy Fourth! …and July 5, 2024 Deadlines

Happy Fourth of July!

As I’ve said all along, we are all thrilled to have you join our vibrant, Wesleyan community! As you embark on your academic journey, we want to ensure you have all the support you need to thrive. Wesleyan is known for its exceptional faculty, staff, and peers who are here to assist you every step of the way. To make the most of your time here, and to start the pre-registration process coming soon, it’s important to familiarize yourself with our extensive resources.

Connect with Academic Peer Advisors (APAs)
Our Academic Peer Advisors (APAs) are students just like you! They are an invaluable asset, providing support and guidance on various topics such as advising, pre-registration, time management, study skills, and achieving a balanced schedule. Think of them as wise friends who are ready to help. They are extensively trained and can help answer questions about planning for pre-registration and other things Wesleyan.

Explore Student Academic Resources (SAR) website
Take the opportunity to learn about Academic Peer Advisors (APAs), faculty office hours, as well as support offered by writing mentors, tutors, and experienced research librarians. The Student Academic Resources (SAR) website is a valuable tool that showcases these resources, so feel free to explore and utilize them as needed.

Familiarize Yourself with the Dining Program
Just like our housing, our dining program operates on a system of progressive independence. As first-year students, you are automatically defaulted into the Premier Plan. For more information, please visit our Dining Services website.
