PLEASE NOTE: The RC (167 High Street) will be closed on the first week of class (9/7 – 9/11), but students may access the FGLI Textbook Library in The RC from 11:30am-1:30pm on Tues (9/8), Wed (9/9), or Thurs (9/10) to pick up books. The RC will resume its normal operational hours starting on Monday, September 14th.
4 Ways to Save on Textbooks
College textbooks can be expensive, but you may have more options than you realize. Wesleyan offers several ways to help students get course materials for free, pay less for them, or make the cost easier to manage over time. Depending on the book and your situation, you may be able to:
Borrow a textbook for free through The RC’s FGLI Textbook Library and Request Fund
Access course materials for free through Course Reserves
Purchase books through your Student Account and pay the balance over time
Save money through RJ Julia’s Inclusive Access eBooks, used textbooks, and book buyback options
