This presentation is open to anyone who needs a review on preparing to become a future Health Professional. Join Mildred Rodríguez, PhD, Health Professions Advisor and Program Coordinator, as she discusses the various factors that need to be taken into consideration by any student considering a health profession such as medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, physician assistant, pharmacy, etc. Starting early with your preparation is highly important, especially as you consider courses, extracurricular involvement and healthcare exposure. This session will be especially important for first year students as they proceed through their first academic year in college and for second year students who may need a refresher as they start a new academic year. Please attend this session and bring your list of questions.
